1. About this site

Pulsarun (pulsarun.com) hosts Wolf Gold: Totem Hunt, a free single-player browser game. It is operated by a private individual, Willow Clarke, and is not a company.

2. Accepting these terms

By using the site or playing the game you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

3. A game of skill for fun, with no money involved

Wolf Gold: Totem Hunt is played for points only. There are no stakes, bets, entry fees, prizes, purchases, virtual currencies or rewards of any kind. Golden totems, multipliers and scores have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for anything.

4. Scores and records

Scores are stored only in your own browser. We do not run leaderboards and do not verify, keep or restore scores. Clearing browser data, using private browsing or switching devices will reset your records.

5. Intellectual property

The game, its code, graphics, sounds, the concept art and all text on this site belong to the site operator unless stated otherwise. The fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License. You may play the game and link to it freely; you may not copy, republish or redistribute the game or substantial parts of the site without permission.

6. Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, overload it with automated requests, or interfere with how it is delivered to other visitors.

7. Health note

The game uses movement and occasional screen flashes when you crash. If you are sensitive to flashing images or motion, turn on reduced motion in your device settings, which also disables screen shake and speed lines in the game, and take regular breaks.

8. No warranty

The site and game are provided "as is". We take reasonable care to keep them working in current browsers, but we do not guarantee that they will always be available, error-free or compatible with every device.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulsarun and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or the game. Nothing in this clause limits any consumer guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes

We may change the game, the site or these terms at any time. Continuing to use the site after a change is published means you accept the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
